We're currently assisting a north London based company who play an integral role in the country's healthcare system and the supply of necessary equipment to it with the recruitment of a PA to their Executive team.
Applicants must have previous PA experience within a relevant industry/similar company.
This busy team of 3 require an Assistant who can work autonomously and has boundless common sense to ensure they can focus on their specific duties. The successful candidate will have relevant PA experience and be proficient in the whole Microsoft Suite, including Powerpoint.
This PA role will include both personal and business duties for the Execs when required.
It is pivotal that the successful candidate upholds the values of the organisation, acting as an appropriate role model and ensuring that they promote equality and diversity for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support and be the first point of contact for people trying to reach the Execs.
- Filing, typing, scanning, answering telephones, dealing with emails, and other administrative tasks to lighten the Exec's workload.
- Providing support with creating reports including populating spreadsheets and presentations
- Managing diaries and schedules often including their personal lives.
- Provide meeting support - document preparation, minute taking, action planning.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of working in a PA/Senior Administrator based role within a similar industry/company.
- Experience of working in a client driven organisation
- Good communicator and problem-solving skills with strong time management ability
- Application of common-sense approach
- A caring attitude towards staff, clients and patients, able to show empathy and respect
- Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
