Team PA

We have a very exciting opportunity for a PA to join a team of PA’s in one of London’s top creative agencies. Nestled in lively offices in the West End, this is the perfect role for a confident individual with ideally a couple of years of assisting experience under their belt. You must be great at multitasking and super organised as your responsibilities will vary from email management to meeting and greeting clients. This is a fast paced, sociable environment and the role brings many perks with it. Team drinks happen every other Thursday, gym membership discount on a central London gym and you get a day off on your birthday! We are looking for a bright and sparky individual with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude. A strong understanding of Microsoft office, with advanced Powerpoint and Word would be highly advantageous.  You need to be happy mucking into a team situation and working to deadlines, prioritising your workload with common sense and a ‘can-do’ attitude. A sense of humour and ability to stay calm in any given situation is vital!
