What would I be doing day to day?
- Support the team of Specialists and Manager in all the aspects of planning and operations for events
- Manage budgets, research, metrics, and communications for events
- Assist with event logistics such as venue, catering, reservations, speakers, swag, and registration management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and outreaching team.
- Create interesting informational web content
- Post-event reporting, tracking and analysis
What is the company looking for?
You are highly motivated with demonstrated project and budget management and superior organisation and communication skills. You are a master of prioritising and working on multiple tasks requested by multiple team members. You have superb follow through and find satisfaction watching your team achieve goals. Ideally, you have experience using alternative processing suite systems.
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BSc required
