We are looking to recruit a receptionist to be based the Front of House team.  The front of House team shares responsibility for allocating Meeting Rooms and organising & managing the Meeting Rooms Diary, ordering & preparing rooms for Lunches, daily check of Meeting Room equipment, arranging Video and Voice Conference calls, maintaining the rooms in a tidy state throughout the day and ad hoc projects. Crucial is greeting visitors in a superbly ambassadorial and sophisticated manner and so we do want someone who has worked in a high end environment and has a natural flair for providing a top quality service in all aspects of the work they do.

You will have a background in Reception in a corporate environment with an excellent command of the English language.

You will be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills, possess a swan like approach which presents in a calm, confident manner alongside a helpful and courteous personality and an innate ability to work under pressure alongside a meticulously organised character and a natural propensity to focus on the detail.
