Front of House Manager – Communications Firm, West End!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Front of House Manager - working for a leading communications firm in the West End. In order to accommodate their growing team, they are moving into a newly upgraded office in central London and are looking for a talented individual to join the Operations team as the Front of House Manager. 

The Role

The Front of House Manager will be the driving force behind providing an exceptional experience for all clients and guests that are welcomed to the office, alongside maintaining an exemplary working environment for the team in London.

This role will report into the Director of Operations and will cover a variety of duties including:

• Meeting and greeting all guests
• Management of the meeting rooms and catering needs
• Handling all inbound phone calls and office enquiries
• Maintaining office aesthetic and environment 
• Managing office supplies
• Providing day to day operational support for the team i.e. post, travel and internal events

 
The Candidate

The creative and dynamic team are seeking a credible, bright and enthusiastic candidate who is a self-starter with proven experience in a similar position.

Specifically, the ideal candidate would have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
• A love for a people and front of house facing role
• Ability to remain calm in challenging or busy environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism and discretion

Salary: Paying between £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
