The Role
We have just taken on a lovely PA role working within the HR department of one of our favourite clients. The company itself is an extremely successful private equity firm based in Charing Cross. With over 100 people in the London office they are one of our most prestigious clients and a market leader. The role itself is a PA position supporting the wider HR team. Primarily the successful candidate will be looking after the team with traditional duties including diary, travel, expenses and interview scheduling. A substantial amount of time will be spent supporting the Global Head of HR for whom there will be frequent travel. There is also the opportunity to get involved with the organisation of company events such as the annual offsite as well as some projects so the desire to get stuck in and roll up your sleeves is paramount!

The Candidate
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have the confidence to speak to different levels of management and handle situations with a diplomatic approach. The ability to stay calm under pressure is a necessity as well as having a proactive and muck in attitude towards your day-to-day tasks. There is a really lovely atmosphere in the office and the team is hard working but has a great sense of humour so they are looking for a friendly and personable team player!
