A well respected and industry leading finance company with super friendly corporate offices based in Canary Wharf are seeking a temporary Client Services Representative to assist them with administrative and operational support in the run up to and during their upcoming, busy proxy season. 

Working in this busy and dynamic team environment with lots of client contact, your main duties will include: 

  • Maintaining excellent client relationships through excellent communication
  • Promptly resolving email enquiries regarding proxy voting requirements
  • Reporting using Excel
  • Ad-hoc administrative requests from clients
  • Tracking the progress of requests

This is a truly fantastic opportunity for someone who is hardworking, with a 'can-do' approach and who is looking to expand their skills. You must have administrative experience with a demonstrated ability to use Excel and work methodically and meticulously.
