PA to MD

A lovely PA opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA who is looking for a one on one Personal Assistant role to a charming Managing Director. This prestigious company is based in beautiful offices in the heart of the City with stunning views overlooking London. You must really enjoy being a solution finder as you will be the main point of contact for your boss. The MD has a very hectic and ever-changing schedule so you need to be extremely comfortable being solely in charge of diary management and have the ability to think on your feet. The MD travels a lot which means you will be booking all international travel and putting together itineraries. Due to the fast paced nature of the industry, an unflappable nature and ability to prioritise and work to a deadline is important. This is a top firm who really prioritise in training all their PA’s to the very best standard and help is always on hand. There is great restaurant in the building where all employees receive free lunch each day. This is a role for a reliable and discreet individual who has worked as a PA for a minimum of two years previously. You must be happy working in a heads down environment whilst also having the ability to be flexible and assist in the everyday smooth running of office with a flexible and professional approach. Microsoft Office essential, including strong Excel is a must and typing should ideally be at 70wpm.
