An exciting role has arisen for a French speaking Office Manager! Are you a French speaker which are looking for new challenges, then this could be your next role! Our client, a world leading strategy implementation firm is seeking a highly motivated, organised individual with fluent French and English to join their respected team in the heart of Paris.

In this exciting role you will provide excellent organisational skills, work closely with the account managers, coordinating and arranging logistics. You will take ownership of running of the office, helping and build a positive working environment where people can thrive. You will be responsible for all office administration and facilities management, meeting and greeting all guests and visitors, preparing payroll, dealing with deliveries. It is essential for you to have strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidates will have proven administrative background and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced French speaking Office Manager to join a friendly, busy office. You will need to be resilient, have a demonstrable set of problem-solving skills and have previous experience as an Office Manager. Profile

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Bilingual Secretary, Team Assistant, Administrator, Team Secretary, Office Manager or Team PA
  • Proven experience of working in a secretarial or administrative function in a corporate, business environment
  • Able to work independently without supervision whilst managing precise timeframes and working under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Have organisational skills, be a team player and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to relocate/ work in Paris
