Team Assistant - Investment Bank
Canary Wharf
£18 - £22 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
20 month rolling contract
My client is one of the world’s leading International Investment Banks, based in Canary Wharf, and they are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team.
Your duties will include:
- Diary management
- Extensive meeting co-ordination
- Arranging international travel
- Processing expenses
- Phone coverage
- Updating reports and client database
You will have strong communication skills, be articulate and professional, and be keen to learn. Personality is key, and an upbeat positive approach.
