HR Manager - Successful Private Healthcare Agency - West London

A friendly and welcoming private healthcare agency based in lovely offices in the heart of West London are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their successful company. 

You will be expected to hold a CIPD accredited (or equivalent) qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Medical or Healthcare industry. Responsibilities will include:

-          Managing all recruitment activity including new employee onboarding

-          Employee relations, including managing absence, grievances and sickness.

-          Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law

-          Managing all HR administration as this is a stand-alone role

Superb communication skills and an ability to build a rapport with employees on all levels is essential. In addition you must have a strong understanding of employment law and a professional and commercial approach to HR.
