I have an exciting opportunity for a candidate experienced with either recruitment or careers advisory to join a wonderful team of people based in the West End. The company are a Higher Education Membership Organisation and this role will be working as a Recruitment Officer.
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for :
Candidate Management
Building links with their key clients
Liaising with colleagues to collect information on suitable vacancies
Work with the Advisory Board and the Business Development Partner to refine the recruitment strategy
Tracking projects agains targets
Ensuring that all programme processes are developed inline with GDPR
For this role, it is essential that the candidate has experience with recruitment or career advisory previously.
