A leading Management Consultancy is looking for a Team/Marketing Assistant that can help with Event Support and promotion.

The role will involve:

  • Event support including Venue search and liaison
  • Invitation process support and logistics support
  • Work with design team to produce event materials
  • On-the-day support, setting up venues
  • Working on the CRM system, data entry, perform searches and reports
  • Regularly perform audits of priority contacts and companies a
  • Marketing and supporting the team with social media campaigns
  • Organising team events/offsite
