PA, Operations and Office Manager for a leading Publishing Agency  

Salary up to £45K

Central London

9 Month FTC to start ASAP

Our client, an award winning publishing agency are looking for someone to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 9 months assisting with PA/Operations and Office Management duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied role which they can make their own. This role is supporting the founders of the business as well as taking on all office management and there will be a level of HR support too.

ROLE:

  • Supporting founders of the business with both business and personal PA duties
  • Some travel support – not extensive.
  • Line managing other support staff
  • Operations management which will include managing the IT, contracts, licences as well as working closely with the finance team and company directors.
  • Office Manager – Previous experience of an office move would be a big plus!

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proactive and outgoing
  • 2 years plus PA and Office management experience
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work to multiple deadlines at once.
  • Business Savvy
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong educational background.
