My client are a global software business who are looking for a HRBP to join their UK team in London.  In this role you will work closely with the HR Leaders and BP’s where you will have responsibility to develop, implement and drive solutions for the organisation. This is an incredible opportunity for an HR professional to gain invaluable professional experience and unique insight to the business by supporting key business groups in partnership with a collaborative and fun HR team!

You will be an internal consultant that provides an enables business support and is responsible for the relationship between HR & the business; owns the allocated client relationship and is responsible for leading the professional area; bringing evidence-based practice into the organisation and addressing the people challenges for their area of expertise. You will provide coaching and mentoring to Business Partners ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery; supporting the organisation effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy.

Duties will include:

Help lead the HR vision

Contribute to, and where accountable define policies and processes

Use and understand HR tools and policies, engaging with Divisional clients effectively to ensure their use across the organistation

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure  attraction of the right talent

Work closely with all HR colleagues to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance

Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement

Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business

Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate

Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly

Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight and internal best practice

Proactively share best practice, intelligence and potential activities within HR

Build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice and stakeholders to scan for innovations and opportunities to form partnerships
