Established recruitment firm in the heart of the city is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate to join the Operations team. The role will suit a good communicator with well-developed organisational skills. You will have a flair for figures, spreadsheets and front-line liaison!  Full training will be given.

Responsibilities

  • Managing weekly payroll, downloading hours and processing invoices
  • Liaising with clients and third-parties, dealing with queries and uploading billing
  • Producing reports, updating internal database and supporting senior managers
  • Providing support for coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Prioritising manager’s diaries and in-tray.
  • Assisting recruiters with applications and editing CVs
  • Carrying out due diligence and pre-employment screening

Requirements

  • University degree is a pre-requisite
  • Proficient IT Skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Analytical and able to work to deadlines

This is a full time position with immediate start, based in Central London.
