Impact is an award winning and leading multi-division media and creative specialist recruitment agency based in fantastic offices in Shoreditch.

We are launching our new Associate Scheme this spring and are looking to recruit 5 talented, hardworking and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to start a fantastic recruitment career at Impact! 

Once recruited you will undertake a comprehensive training programme that will eventually develop you into a successful media specialist recruitment consultants where you will be working with some of the world’s leading entertainment, creative, tech and purpose driven brands. You will also learn to  successfully source and select the very best media talent in the market using various means.

To apply for the trainee recruitment consultant scheme you will be passionate about building your recruitment career; you’ll be a strong communicator, have creative writing skills, research capability and excellent IT skills. Minimum 6 months office experience and a passion and interest in Recruitment and belief you will thrive within a social, results driven organisation.
