This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and driven marketing expert, to really put their stamp on the future of a thriving ‘Top 100 Best Company to Work for’ as their Head of Marketing.  It is a pivotal role in the company and as a charismatic leader, you will be responsible for the company's Marketing, Product, Commercialisation and Communication strategies for the global company, as well as develop the company's business planning, to ensure the product development and sales process is driven by your customers and market needs/feedback. They will look to you to steer innovation, design and development, whilst monitoring competitor activity and market trends.

This role will help determine the continuing future success of the business and as such, they seek an exceptional leader, capable of driving change, establishing structure and processes, and building the vision and strategy for a growing company, as well as truly empowering and motivating your team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:   

  • Design and lead the marketing strategy
  • Define what great looks like for the business and build the roadmap and enablers of success
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to design the marketing organisation
  • Responsible for customer experience across our direct, enterprise and strategic businesses.
  • Oversee the overall content and touchpoint strategy
  • Responsible for B2B lead generation, and coordination of B2B Marketing strategy and initiatives
  • Responsible for product development and management based, on customer needs and optimise the Consumer Experience
  • Lead Data, Analytics and Insight strategy, and work with Finance and Tech team to establish usable dashboards to understand and respond to customer behaviour.
  • Take and translate client requirements and turn into executable strategies
  • Lead External Communications and PR strategy and implementation
  • Establish Marketing capability, processes and priorities within the team
  • Be the voice of Marketing in the Sales Management team, and drive customer-centric culture throughout the organisation
  • Establish the Customer KPIs and a reporting structure for keeping key stakeholders informed in real time

This role requires a professional with strong financial and commercial acumen, who is consumer-centric, data-driven and analytical, results driven, can present with impact, is a self-starter and entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful and hands-on.

If you have a bachelor’s degree, proven experience in B2B Marketing/Customer Experience Role in a digital Marketing, experience with eCommerce & online subscriptions, nB2B strategy, lead generation and relationship management, corporate branding, communications and PR management, CRM programme implementation, Consumer BI tools and Google Analytics, budget and P&L management, exposure to stakeholder management and if you have experience within business telecoms or business subscription business model, this would be viewed as a distinct advantage.
