Room Bookings Coordinator required by leading law firm - £34,000 - Superb benefits
We are recruiting a Room Bookings Coordinator to work within the Client Facilities department in a large team, of a large international law firm in the heart of the City.
They will work closely with the Room Bookings team, Client Liaison Coordinator and Reception to provide an efficient and professional service to all clients (internal and external).
Developing strong working and personal relationships built on confidence, confidentiality and self-motivation.
Room Bookings responsibilities include:
* Proactively and effectively monitoring all room bookings, ensuring maximum utilisation while taking into consideration practicalities and demands of room users.
* Having a full understanding of the room booking system (Manhattan Space Scheduling) and ensure you keep control of incoming emails.
* Obtaining and allocating internal and external attendees names.
* Proactively call room bookings for the following day to ensure they are still required and the facilities are correctly allocated.
* Working with the Reception Manager in updating the Rooms Bookings and Reports Manual when required.
* Ensuring the telephone book in the Hospitality Suite is up to date at all times.
This role operates a shift rota basis from 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
