PA to CEO - Global Advertising Agency

This is a rare opportunity for a switched on and enthusiastic PA to work for a dynamic and highly successful creative agency. Based in fantastic offices in the heart of Soho, this company have an exciting and growing client list and this PA will be an integral part of a dynamic team who are incredibly social and collaborative. Supporting a charming boss, this one on one PA role includes complex and ever changing diary management requiring an understanding of the business to prioritise where necessary, travel arrangements, getting involved in research, attending meetings and ensuring points are actioned, as well as taking on ad hoc projects.  Your busy boss relies on a PA to really manage time effectively, ensuring the working day runs as smoothly as possible.  The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or have attended a secretarial college, with ideally 2 years+ solid PA/Team Assistant experience within a creative agency or similar, be genuinely interested in the business, a problem solver who can come up with ideas and a confident communicator who is happy liaising with senior level high profile clients.  You must be a team player able to demonstrate flexibility and working to tight deadlines and prioritising a fluctuating and busy workload while remaining calm under pressure.  Excellent IT skills are essential including advanced PowerPoint are a must.
