We are recruiting an experienced Events Coordinator to join a well-established membership organisation in a 2-3 month temporary booking. The role is paying £27k pro rata. or approx £13-£14 an hour

You will be based in their lovely Fitzrovia Offices working closely with the Events Team and assisting them with summits, Speakers Dinner, Award Ceremonies, Breakfast seminars. They run circa 120 events a year

Your main duties include;

To organise & plan key awards events
- Assist with the registration & administration process related to all events when required.
- Attend and support all events with organising and administration
- Record, produce and circulate the attendance list, manage RSVPs and Delegate information.
- The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, you will be well presented and have the ability to multi task. Your day will consist of a variety of tasks so you must be flexible and able to be self-proficient as well as a team player.
