A city based Educational consultancy are seeking an Assistant to assist the HR team.

Probably educated to degree level or with relevant experience, you will be assisting the HR team with data entry, reference checking, ad response and general administration.

The successful candidate needs to be confident when dealing with people and also willing to muck in with whatever is needed by the HR team on a day to day basis.

You will act as gatekeeper, answering calls, taking messages and in time helping wherever possible.

Someone with initiative and a great attitude will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and assist with projects.

You need to be confident using MS Office, have good spelling and grammar and be able to demonstrate some office experience. The most important attributes you will have are self confidence, emotional intelligence and the desire to get involved.

This is initially a 5 month contract.
