Reprographics/Office Services Assistant at US Law Firm 1pm to 9pm To £27,500

US law firm is looking to hire a new Reprographics/Office Services Assistant to work the hours 1pm to 9pm to work alongside the Office Services Manager, Reprographics Coordinator and Office Services team to provide a first class comprehensive service to the business.  Duties will be spread across both Reprographics and Office Services.  On the reprographics side including being responsible for the reprographics services including scanning, colour, black & white printing, photocopying and finishing, assemble the printed sheets by way of laminating, guillotining and binding, maintaining stock levels for stationary and reprographics consumables and place orders for supplies when appropriate, log and take responsibility for simple troubleshooting and maintenance for all photocopiers, take responsibility for escalating calls to suppliers for equipment and maintenance issues that cannot be resolved internally, ensure that work is delivered within the agreed service level agreements and deadlines are met.  The Office Services duties include being asked to arrange national and international couriers, ensure the delivery and collection of recycling/confidential waste, responsible for general housekeeping including keeping copy rooms topped up with paper, toner and cartridges, maintain stock levels for stationary and reprographics consumables and place orders for supplies when appropriate, liaise with building security and the landlord for contractor and engineer access, assist with internal office moves, assist with setting up meeting rooms,  order business cards for staff and lawyers as and when required and ensure incoming and outgoing work is delivered within the agreed service level agreements and deadlines are met.  Applicants require strong and current legal (or similar) reprographics similar experience, be a team-player and have reasons to why working the hours 1pm to 9pm suit.  This firm is housed in stunning offices with a tremendous benefits package.
