PA to Directors - Exciting Brand Experience Agency

My client, a global marketing and brand experience agency is looking to welcome in a PA to come and support the Exec team in their day-day. This company works across some amazing clients, operating with markets around the world. Aside from the usual holiday and pension allowance, this company also allow you to have access to some amazing benefits with ways on being able to grow and develop.

As a PA, your main part of the role will be supporting 4 individuals from the Exec team with all administraive duties. You will be dealing with all traditional duties such as diary management, inbox management and international travel. Another part to your role will be getting involved on the event management side and any ad hoc duties such as assisting other PA’s when necessary and any project work.

The ideal candidate for this role will be excellent in communicating and is able to adapt their style to different people. You will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships and be able to priorities effectively. You will have the can do attitude, who is also able to work well under pressure.
