Are you an experience PA who is fluentn French and able to use InDesign proficiently? Passion for Architecture but happy to work on a constructure project site? Then read on!
Forward thinking and highly respected architectural practice, renowned for their incredible work are looking for a brilliant French speaking PA to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to advance your PA skills in a company that highly values their PAs and considers them the 'backbone' of the company. You will be based onsite at their temporary office in Battersea and the only support in the office so this will not be your usual traditional PA position.
On a typical day you will be supporting the Director and their wider team. Your responsibilities will include diary management, travel, expenses, being an integral POC, handling email correspondence, holiday cover, research, timesheet management and much more. You will be an essential part of the team and heavily relied on to keep the whole team running smoothly.
To be considered for this role you MUST be calm, efficient, able to prioritise well, be 100% reliable and have good, solid PA skills - You must be able to hit the ground running. You will ideally be able to speak French as the Director is originally from France so you must have able to translate on occasions. You MUST have 3-4 years+ experience as a PA from within the creative industries (ads, media etc.). The ideal candidate would come from a similar architectural background.
