There is an exciting new opportunity available at one of the UK's largest House Builders based in their impressive Soho offices for a Sales Coordinator. This position requires someone with precise and effective analytical skills to support the Sales and Marketing Team, and report directly in to the Sales Director.

It is imperative that you have impeccable attention to detail, can cope with the fast paced environment and have the ability to effectively communicate between all members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the floor. The right attitude is everything; you need to be assertive and determined in order to thrive in this fast paced, buzzy environment.

This is a pivotal role within the Sales and Marketing team as you are the go-to person for everyone in the team. This Sales Coordination position requires someone who is able to efficiently gather and collate data from different members of the team, and is confident when translating this into weekly sales reports. You need to be passionate, career driven and methodical in your work ethic to truly excel within this ambitious company.

Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a
Location: Soho

Below are the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Accurately Collating data into weekly Sales Reports that are a crucial part of the Sales Team meetings.
  • Analysing data for trends and recurring patterns in order to provide insight in customer acidity.
  • Using the internal COINS database to gather and input data.
  • Creating and updating internal price lists for the team and internally and externally.
  • Managing the Sales Inbox and redirecting mail to the correct contact within the business.
  • Handling and tracking invoices for agents before getting them signed off by Managers (including raising PO's).
  • Other administrative duties such as booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements and transport for members of the Sales and Marketing team.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally.

Experience in a similar Sales Coordination role would be highly beneficial, however, experience within a financial or highly numbers orientated role would also give you the right skill set for the role.
