PA / Assistant

Our client, a hugely successful investment organisation, based in Mayfair is looking for a hands on Assistant to come in and provide additional support.

You will be responsible for PA duties and ensuring the smooth running of the office:

  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence and handling accordingly
  • Responsible for meeting room management
  • Greeting clients
  • Ensuring that the office is tidy at all times
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery
  • Organising meetings
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Preparing presentations and documents for meetings
  • Researching real estate companies and present findings
  • Updating and building contact database

You will have around two years previous experience within a corporate organisation with previous PA duties. Excellent communication and organisational skills.  Happy to muck in and be proactive. High attention to detail. Able to manage own workload.  Keen to develop and have an understanding of the organisation.
