My client a leader in its field is seeking a graduate customer service representative to join their team in Watford.

Your new role
As a customer service representative you will be responsible for:

• Assisting new users through the account application process
• Assisting new users through the order process (consumer and business)
• Providing a helpdesk function to answer all general enquiries via phone and email
• Providing customer support via live chat system
• Organising and manage customer ParcelForce collections
• Tracking customer orders
• Liaising with problems department with respect to unprocessed orders, delivery issues/concerns
• Collect customer feedback
• Liaise with accounts team with respect to reissuing cheques and general payment queries
• Reissue Argos vouchers where necessary
• Transfer Argos voucher balances
• Assist with walk-in customers.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful customer service representative will be organised, have a naturally confident telephone manner and very confident talking about new technology.
