Client Services Representative

Our client a global Fintech is looking for a Graduate level Client Services Representative with experience in the Financial Services Sector to join them as the first line of contact providing operational and client support.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Promptly and accurately resolve email enquiries from clients
• Ensuring all client reports are produced within SLA and to a very high standard and all reports fulfil the client's expectations
• Producing reports in Excel
• Issuing email alerts to clients along with any relevant supporting documentation
• Processing administration requests from clients
• Ability to work to pre-defined SLAs
• Tracking client issues/requests and monitoring progress through to successful completion
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and experience:

• 2-3 years previous experience in Financial Services ideally Client Services, Asset Servicing, Custody Servicing or Proxy Voting department would be an advantage
• Advanced Excel - previous experience producing reports in Excel using functions like Vlookups and Pivot Tables
• Analytical with great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills - must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Team player
• Degree qualified
