We are working with an incredibly fast-paced and growing creative retailer who are looking for a top-notch PA to their CEO. This company is one of the fastest growing retailers currently, and has big future expansion plans - their CEO is also their Creative Director and Founder, so lives and breathes the company. As his right hand you will be involved in all business matters, attending meetings, solid gatekeeping, inbox and diary management, travel arrangements and event organisation. You will be experienced, enthusiastic and energetic, have a passion for the creative retail industry, be professional and personable.  

Based in Camden offices – within walking distance from the tube you will join a vibrant and welcoming team, and be integral to the efficient running of the business.

30 hour week, the usual office hours are 8am-3pm Monday-Friday.


Duties to include:

  • Providing efficient PA support to the CEO which covers organisational, administrative and managerial assistance.
  • Diary management including meeting, accommodation and travel arrangements along with event planning – both personal and business.  
  • Inbox management, as well as post and filing management
  • General administration to include typing, dictation, and minute taking.
  • Managing financial procedures, including processing of monthly expenses.
  • Effective communication and liaison with suppliers, key external and internal Partners and stake holders.
  • Assist with of events, lunches, dinners, conferences and networking events within office hours as well as occasional evenings.
  • Supporting the Executive and Non-Executive Directors with any board related tasks as advised.
  • Assist with marketing duties along with coordination of key company events.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous PA experience.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoke English along with great numerical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel for events and meetings when required.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with confidence with all levels of seniority.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, including the ability to handle sensitive documentation
  • Business and commercially focussed.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Personable, friendly, yet professional.
  • Resourceful and solution-focussed.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude – proactive and able to maintain a fast pace of work in an ever-changing environment.
