Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique luxury executive search firm based in the city. They are looking for a Researcher/Personal Assistant to join the team to support the EA to the Partner, and the wider business. This is a really interesting project based role where you can develop your skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy office role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have experience within an office environment, able to learn new processes with ease and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £23k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus.

- Researching materials about clients and producing packs for the Partner before meetings take place.
- Working with the Executive Assistant to ensure that the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis
- Creating PowerPoint Presentations and associated documents for use in client meetings.
- Maintaining accurate database records and ensuring that the data is relevant and up-to-date.
- Assist with the completion of candidate and client-facing reports.
To be successful, you will have experience within an office environment, able to learn new processes with ease and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Good Microsoft skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Possess an upbeat attitude and positive outlook.
- A meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task.
- Well presented, polite and reliable.
- A university degree
- Previous Experience within an administrative role
