Receptionist

Receptionist £12 - £14 per hour ,
Temporary position, long term opportunity

Working as a Receptionist for a boutique finance company based in Mayfair, this Receptionist role is working alongside one other on a busy reception desk.

The company has around 100 employees and the role will include the following duties:

- Answering calls on a busy switchboard
- Meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, ordering lunches
- Room set up for meetings including re configuring if needed
- Setting up Audio Visual (AV) equipment for meetings
- Managing busy meeting room diaries
- Finding solutions when meeting rooms are overbooked and execs need meeting space
- Ad hoc admin support as required.
- Making travel bookings and other support as required.

- Hours 8-5 or 9-6 on rotation

Experience Required:
- Extensive reception experience required
- Ability to work in a corporate environment
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Able to problem solve and make decisions

This role is a long term temp role and may have to possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate, however at this stage there are no guarantees of this.
