An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager to join the team of this modern Fintech company based in central London!

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a fantastic Fintech company specialising in an international payment services on a cloud platform. They have wonderfully stylish offices based in central London and offer fantastic benefits for their staff.

What does the role consist of?

• Manage the compliance operations function
• Coach compliance analysts
• Keep processes and procedures up to date and relevant
• Be the escalation point for complex compliance queries
• Review and adjust team targets

What will the successful candidate be like?

• 3-5 years in a managerial role, ideally within a start up
• In depth knowledge of compliance including AML, Sanctions and ABC Legislations
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• An ability to solve complex situations
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
