New York Based - Recruitment Consultant!

Tiger is growing and expanding in the international sphere, and we are looking for a New York based permanent recruitment consultant to join our team and work with our clients based all around the world.

This is a full-on role and you will need to take a hands-on approach whilst building up your desk and client base, it will involve learning on the job. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to deal with a diverse range of professionals from across different sectors. The role will involve liaising directly with clients, face-to-face, over the phone and electronically. You will be meeting and placing candidates in roles ensuring they have the right experience to meet client’s needs.

We are looking for someone who has some experience in a similar position (either recruitment, property or account management). You will be able to demonstrate excellent client and customer facing experience and have the ability to work efficiently, quickly and often to tight deadlines. It would be highly advantageous to have a background in a client facing role and a graduate or someone of graduate calibre would be preferred.
