We have a brilliant part-time private PA position that just opened up for a wonderful creative principal and her family in north London. The position will involve both business and private support and this person will work alongside/manage other household staff so a flexible/team oriented personality is key for success in the role.

They are looking for a PA that is personable, reliabel and is really passionate about private support. Attention to detail, excellent computer skills and the ability to be proactive is essential to this position and the family. This is a varied position that involves heavy communication with household staff, suppliers, clients, etc. You must have excellent diary management and the ability to juggle multiple and ever-changing schedules for all five members of the family, children included. You will have a lot of interaction with three children aged between seven and eleven and will oversee the care of the two family dogs. Event and party planning is also a big part of this role so a creative eye and interest in the Arts is preferable.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Private PA experience working from a Private house, excellent organisational and managerial skills, the ability to work autonomously and intermediate-advanced word and excel skills.
