Our client are a retail finance company based in the heart of the City. They are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, ambitious and looking to learn new skills and build a career in ecommerce and financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Answering support queries via email and live chats from customers, retailers and lenders
- Speaking to customers, retailers and lenders on the phone to provide professional support
- Raising platform issues with the engineering team
- Interacting with the Account Management teams to provide training and support to retailers using the in-house system
- Assisting retailers in integration queries when on-boarding
This is a demanding and exciting role, they are looking for a fast learner with great organisation skills who they can trust to take care of their clients, communication is key in this position.
Other requirements:
- A creative problem solver
- A can do attitude
- Excellent telephone manner, calm and professional. Someone who doesn’t get flustered
- Must have an analytical mind
- Clear communication, both written and verbal
- IT literate, with both Mac and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
