EA to 4 Directors - Leading Creative Production Company

My client, one on the world leading production company is looking to welcome in a smashing PA to come and support 4 Directors on their day-day. This company is operated across the globe where there are offices across some really cool cities. This is one of the fastest growing company which will allow you to grow and develop who also offer many cool and amazing benefits to offer.

As a EA, you will be supporting the a couple members of the Global team including Production and Technology and the other team members in their day-day. You will be dealing with all traditional duties such as Managing interactions with internal teams, direct reports and outside parties including full diary management; you will be first point of contact for anyone requiring a meeting or other time commitment. You will also be dealing with complex and frequent travel and organising internal and client events

The perfect candidate for this role will be very organised, articulate and have great attention to detail. You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work as a team player, alongside this you will be fully competent in MS package. Where you will be working with the Global team you will need to feel comfortable with being in a fast paced environment.
