Administrative Assistant
£20,000 - £24,000 per annum
City of London
This Global Financial Advisory firm are seeking a switched on, initiative driven Administrative Assistant to join the team in their City based offices.
Working as part of the Administrative team, responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include:
*Diary management
*Answering phones
*Processing invoices and expenses
*Database management
*Assisting with audit review processes
*Organising meetings and preparing information
*Assisting to organise client events
*Covering Reception during busy periods
Administrative Assistant - what we're looking for:
*A minimum of 12 months' Administration experience, gained within the Corporate or Professional Services sector
*The ability to work in a fast paced environment, and balance priorities to meet deadlines
*Keen eye for detail
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills
*An individual who can work equally effectively on their own initiative, or as part of a team
*Advanced MS Office
