A well-known international law firm seeks a candidate with a minimum of 6 months of junior legal sec/admin experience to work in their growing Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for printing, photocopying, PDF scanning and faxing
- Preparing client files, document pack, and bundles
- Printing, photocopying, PDF scanning and faxing
- Billing and expenses
- Attending team meetings
- Data entry
- General and ad hoc administrative support
Key Requirements:
- 5 GCSE including English & Maths at grade C or above
- Previous administrative experience or CILEx qualified
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
