Junior Receptionist - PR

This is an excellent entry level role, for a global PR agency based in stunning offices near to London Bridge.  You will be meeting and greeting high profile clients and ensuring a smooth running front of house.  No office experience required!

•  responsible for managing switchboard alongside Head Receptionist.
•  responsible for ensuring front of house, meeting rooms and reception are ‘client ready’ at all times.
•  Meeting and greeting all visitors.
•  Coordinates meeting room bookings and catering requirements.  
• Overseeing meeting rooms and front of house.  
• Supports office junior to organise set up and clearing of meeting rooms.
•  Liaison with main building reception.
•  Management of all equipment in reception area.
•  Co-ordinates outgoing and incoming courier deliveries.
