Sales Operations Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Global travel company that needs a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their sales teams by defining and continuously optimising sales processes, tools and resources. It is a 4 month contract role at first and located near Angel Station.

Responsibilities;

• Own Callidus, a sales incentive tool to automate sales incentives, and the relationship with the Callidus 3rd party vendor.
• Lead the work with Finance and HR to optimize and efficiently deliver sales incentives that drive organizational results and salesforce excellence.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly compensation cycle with support from Analytics and HR
• Define and own partner segmentation and account coverage models and rollout to global sales organization. Review annual/quarterly thresholds and account potential and update com.
• Define and own sales cadence analytics around new and existing business, Win/Loss & Opportunity Duration, gap analysis and data quality (with Finance support)
• Work across Sales Operations (and other) functions to drive consistency, seamless and collaborative approach to the service we deliver to Sales.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of business processes and sales strategy as it relates to supporting cross-functional business units.
• Strong experience supporting sales teams
• Strong experience in sales compensation incentive plan
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
