What would I be doing day to day?

HR Executive - Payroll & Benefits focused

Key duties:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits queries
• Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly payroll files for review and submission to the external provider
• Responsible for the management of all administration relating to HR and benefits, including private medical insurance, travel insurance, income protection, life assurance, cycle-to-work schemes, season ticket loans, childcare vouchers, etc.
• Provide support to the HR Business Partners and line managers with absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings and processing maternity, paternity and shared parental leave.
• Administering the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for all incoming and outgoing employees, ensuring all tasks and paperwork are completed in a thorough and timely manner

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: A passionate and driven individual with previous payroll experience looking to progress in their HR career. Previous HR admin experience essential and the ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
