Customer Service Specialist

Your new role
My client is recruiting for a customer service specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Produce all customer orders and quotations within set time frames
Follow defined processes and give suggestions of improvements
Build positive relationships with customers
Internal/customer credits and re-invoicing
Answering customer enquiries regarding the status of customer orders and deliveries
Process shipping documentation


What you'll need to succeed
Be a team player and work as a team to support each other and give high quality service to our customers
Be adaptable to changes in priorities
Bring value by being an enthusiastic member of the team
Communicate in a clear and coherent manner
Provide service and support to the field sales team and other offices regarding customer quotes and enquires.
