EA to CFO and Director £40k

An incredibly successful and dynamic Financial Services Information company are searching for an experienced PA to support the CFO and another key Global Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with bright, intelligent individuals in stunning offices, where the scope for develop is huge.

You will be providing full PA support to busy Execs including diary and travel management, itineraries, meeting coordination and preparation, expenses, correspondence and emails. There is great scope to be involved with projects on an ad hoc basis including large scale events each year. The Directors deal with highly sensitive information so integrity and discretion, alongside superb EA skills are key for this role.  It is a fast-paced, pressurised corporate environment and we are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and proactive.

Ideal Requirements:

• A super PA with experienced within a large company
• Previous experience supporting on a global scale
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Resilient – ability to push back and manage
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Focused – you will be able to use this opportunity to get involved, using your initiative and skills for the benefit of the team
• Fantastic communication – ability to deal with variety of people at different levels
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills
• Good education ideally degree level
