Corporate Communications and Marketing Executive

Boutique Property Asset Management company is looking for a dynamic communications and marketing Executive to join their Marketing Department.

The communications and marketing executive will report directly into the Marketing Director and offer support timely and effective communications for their internal and external audiences across a variety of channels. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of dynamic and hands on marketing function.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a real flair for creating content for a variety of channels and audiences.

The focus of the role will be:

External communications
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Brand and be an integral part of the development and delivery of all campaigns.

Brand and Assets
Refresh or develop marketing materials from conception to completion including designing print and online adverts.
Support brand partnerships and sponsorship activities
Design and format presentations

Internal communications
Support internal communication of the corporate messaging

Corporate events and hospitality
Support the tactical and logistic deliver of the annual events programme
Develop creative event collateral including working with creative agencies to design and write copy.
Attend and provide assistance during events


Skills and Knowledge
Strong writing/grammar and proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A passion for managing a brand
Strong creative and highly skilled in photoshop and InDesign
Strong interpersonal skills.
