A brand new and exciting Receptionist/ Office Administrator has become available within a lovely investment firm based in Mayfair. This is a fantastic role working within a company that has a great working environment. 

The position is Reception with office administration, the ideal candidate with have around 1 year's work experience but most importantly will be confident, upbeat, positive and helpful. As you will be the first point of contact in the office, therefore, meeting and greeting all guests in a confident and friendly manner is very important.  There is also the opportunity to take on more duties and responsibility in the position which should make the role very interesting!

Some reception experience is desirable and if you speak a European language that could be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written English is needed, a confident user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint are essential. Can do attitude and hard-working work ethic.
