Based at their head office in Hertfordshire, our client is looking for an experienced PA to help support the IT Leasdership team on an interim basis.

Description

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for the IT leadership team including managing all emails and calendar and diary invites.
  • Managing and administering the scheduling of weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings
  • Ensuring preparation of documentation, presentations etc. for internal and external meetings are actioned in advance to ensure smooth running of meetings
  • Creative project work
  • Managing expense claims for relevant leadership team members
  • Organising travel arrangements for leadership team members
  • Management and co-ordination of conferences and assisting with the bi-annual conference and bi-annual roadshows

Profile

For success in this role you will require:

  • Experience as a PA
  • A creative flair and a passion to progress your career
  • Good knowledge working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven organisational and project management experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills - must be able to deal with people at all levels
  • The ability to priorities, organise, multi task and escalate to lead PA or relevant Leadership Team member
