Do you have extensive EA experience with a passion for the creative industry? Then look no further, my client is a market leading organisation within the creative field. They are is seeking a hardworking and forward thinking Executive Assistant to join their fantastic team of PA's.

Working to provide support the CEO whilst assisting and providing additional business and project support, you will be a pivotal team player within the business.

Key features will include:

• Providing extensive Diary management, travel and day to day support
• Drafting important letters and presentations
• Coordinating travel and meetings including some international flights, taxis and accommodation
• Preparation and submission of CEO's expenses

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to communicate with people at all different levels.

• Excellent IT skills including, MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint.
• Previous EA at C suite level experience.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise key tasks.
