Facilities and IT Manager

We are looking for a Facilities and IT Manager, for an award winning creative communications agency, based in London, 5 minutes walk from King's Cross station.

In a super friendly, busy office, you will be the go-to person, the 'lynch pin', who is dedicated to the smooth running of the office, including IT and software support.

Key responsibilites include:

Facilities

• Line management and full responsibility of the department staff.
• Responsible for the smooth running of the Front of Office in London function.
• Manage relations with external suppliers .
• Build and maintain Facilities and Operational budgets.
• Responsible for office security, issuing door fobs and CCTV
• Overseeing and updating all Health & Safety and implementing relevant policies/procedures/legislation.
• Overseeing major repairs and maintenance with contractors and/or Building Management.

IT support

• You are responsible for the smooth running of the office IT.
• Responsible for the maintenance of our company's hardware and software.
• You are responsible for 'simple' fixes, set up new starters' laptops, keep an inventory of hard- and software, takes responsibility for informing IT company of joiners and leavers, and have control of the comms room
• You take responsibility for arranging back up of the servers and managing the necessary archives.
• You induct new starters in IT and office administration procedures.
• You keep the AV equipment up to date and the meeting rooms neat and functional.

• Excellent communication skills over all levels of seniority.
