Are you on a Visa and unable to commit to permanent work? are you looking for office work before you go travelling, are you in between jobs, a recent graduate?

We are seeking Receptionist's and Administrators that are looking for 3-6 months contract work! 

 The right fit is key! we like candidates who have their own passion outside of work, Self-motivated, are personable and a team player! Yet can work solo in a heads down co-operate or creative environment.

The roles can vary from: 

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Helping with office events
  • Back up support to the PA's
  • General office administration
  • Ad hoc duties, including ordering lunches and ensuring the office is always well maintained.
  • Data entry 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Any Degree - 2:1 and above. 
  • at least 3 months office/reception experience. 
  • Can do attitude!
